All orders will be processed within 48 hours and you will be notified if there are any expected delays; otherwise, your order will be sent out on the Tuesday or Friday after it is processed.

We welcome inquiries from countries outside the United States, but at this time we are only fulfilling orders to be shipped within the United States. We will ship your order the best way possible, either via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or other surface carrier.

Returns and Refunds ...

At Dancing to the Spirit of the Wood, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund.

In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be received in mint condition within 15 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us via email immediately for detailed return instructions if your merchandise arrives broken.

All sales of cd's, musical instruments, and scherenschnitte are FINAL.

Absolutely no COD returns will be accepted.
